Casey Corcoran

Casey Corcoran is a vibrant theatre performer from Framingham, MA, who is currently pursuing a double degree in theatre and political science from Boston College. Having started theatre as a kid, Casey has continued his love of theatre in 8 productions through the Boston College Theatre Department and theatre groups on campus, most recently as the Stage Manager in Our Town and Orlando in As You Like It. 

 

Drawing from principles of Buddhism, mindfulness, and his studies of political science at Boston College, Casey believes deeply in the interconnectedness of human nature, seeking to inspire others to see the commonalities in each other to create a better world. As a performer, Casey brings this grounded philosophy to his work, seeing each character as both a unique extension of his own experiences and a way of bringing other perspectives into his worldview.

Casey is trained in Stanislavski's principles and the Meisner Technique and has taken classes in scene analysis, voice and speech, and stagecraft.
